What is Finglish, and why a search engine for it?
Finglish (some say Pinglish) is Persian written in Latin letters. It grew out of early text messaging and chat rooms, when Persian script wasn't supported on most devices, and it stuck. For a huge part of the Iranian diaspora, especially in Los Angeles, Toronto, London and Sydney, Finglish is the only way they have ever written their own language.
The problem shows up the moment you want something written in Farsi. A recipe for قورمه سبزی. Lyrics to a Googoosh song. News from Tehran in the original. Google can't read "ghorme sabzi recipe farsi" and hand you Persian pages, because the Persian web is written in Persian script.
